When I go to add an RMON Probe or SNMP device, the option is greyed out under "Actions." I tried a couple different things including how to do it via the manual and I also checked the help docs. Any help would be great, thanks.

If you do not have the options to add these then you probably do not have a license for Observer Suite which is required for adding of RMON and SNMP devices.
Click on Help and About Observer, unless it says "Observer Suite" then you will not be able to use these features.
If you have Observer Suite, contact our support department at 800-526-7919 option 2.
If you don't have Observer Suite and would like to upgrade you can contact our sales department at 800-526-7919 option 1.

Once again, I do not. I was not given a sheet that compared the three versions. I wish the application that matches my license would be only for my license and not a universal application for all three.
